Stephen Green started at Caney Creek High School in the 2016-2017 school year. He was formerly a professional journalist working in the Walker and Montgomery County areas where he served as both a reporter and editor. He earned his two bachelor's degrees - multiplatform journalism and political science - from Sam Houston State University where he served as the president of the Texas Intercollegiate Press Association and two-term editor of the school paper, The Houstonian.
